Open Question: Why don’t things ever go my way, I’m 17?

I know you don’t always get your way, but it’s so hard.
I’m 17 years old and I just can’t find a job. Most of my classmates have jobs and they are 16. Either places promise they will call, but they don’t or I don’t get the job. I want a job very badly. I want to have my own money and buy a calculator, clothes, shoes, makeup, a digital camera, and some acne cream.
I want to give myself a makeover because I’m always teased for the way I look and want to change and fit in.
I hate waiting for good things to happen to me. When I was younger, I THOUGHT I was going to be popular, happy with a boyfriend, hang out and have a lot of friends. I don’t have any of these things now.
I have to wait and wait to get what I want, but when I don’t get it, I get mad.

Open Question: I dropped my digital camera in the pool…HELP?

I have a finepix fujifilm waterproof camera…& i took it in the water, the battery
door was closed & everything. It was working fine before i put it in the water, &
i even took some pictures under water….Then it started acting up. It started
getting all foggy on the main screen…Like condensation got in it…Then it happened
to the lens…I did turn it on. & all i could see was black when i tried to take a picture…
But i could view my pictures that i tooken earlier.
I am letting it sit in rice…& will be letting it sit in rice for 7 days…
But what do you suggest I do? I’ve had it only for about 4-5 months.
How much do you think they will charge me to fix it?

when i play the video on the camera it playes fine but when i put it on my computer and play it its very glitchy and the player keeps changing sizes and there are strange flashes of colour. the player is vlc it playes other videos fine but not from my camera, can i fix this?
